Booking process

Amount to be paid as per the following:

  • If Booked up to 15-10-2024
  • 50% amount of the total package to be paid while booking.
  • 25% amount of the total package to be paid on or before 15-11-2024.
  • 25% amount to be paid on arrival.
  • If Booked between 16-10-2024 to 15-12-2024.
  • 75% amount of the total package to be paid while booking.
  • 25% amount to be paid on arrival.
  • If Booked On wards 16-12-2024
  • 100% amount of the total package to be paid while booking.

Cancellation / Refund of Booking

  • If booking is cancelled before 15-11-2024 -- Only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • If booking is cancelled between 16-11-2024 to 01-01-2025 -- Only 25% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • If booking is cancelled after 01-01-2025 No amount will be refunded.

Please Note

  • The tariff package during Shahi snan (Peak days) will apply one before and one day after shahi snan. As on peak days (Shahi Snan) there, an estimated 40 to 50 million people will assemble here. So amidst crowd ridden roads, vehicular movements almost are being stopped.
  • A longer stay more than three days, will gradually reduce your accommodation charges.
  • A group of 10 or more personnel’s will get a rebate of 10% on accommodation charges for all days of stay.
  • Indian GST will be extra as applicable.
  • Check in / out time 24 hrs.
  • If installments are not paid on or before the due dates, 10% extra will be charged as late fee, If paid within 30 days from the due date.
  • If booking is not cancelled within stipulated period & amount not paid within 30 days after due dates the booking will stand cancelled automatically and no any amount will be refunded.
  • After depositing the due amount in our Bank account, please send a scanned copy of bank depositing slip to us on following mail addresses:-
